What the Fund Is

The Catalytic Philanthropic Fund is a $50M evergreen fund raised from philanthropic dollars, managed directly by the Milken Institute.

Why It Matters

Women's health has been chronically underfunded by traditional capital markets—leaving too many innovations without the flexible, low-cost capital needed to reach commercialization.

How It Creates Impact

The Fund deploys grants, no- and low-cost loans, and equity to improve market access to women's health solutions and catalyze the broader commercial investment needed to scale them.
