Amanda Rice

Founder and CEO, The Chick Mission

Amanda Rice is an entrepreneur and the founder of ARC Consulting, while also serving as a leading voice in the fight for women’s health equity. Her advocacy began from personal experience — after being diagnosed with cancer three times and denied insurance coverage for fertility preservation prior to chemotherapy and radiation. Amanda self-funded a preservation cycle, but was struck by how many women would be forced to forgo that choice purely due to cost.

From that injustice came The Chick Mission, a national nonprofit she launched to ensure no patient has to decide between their future family and life-saving treatment. Under Amanda’s strategic leadership, the organization has provided financial assistance to hundreds of women seeking to preserve their fertility before cancer treatment — changing policy, shifting culture, and expanding access along the way.
